Jerry Thom is the owner and founder of RCV Water Savers LLC (formerly Mechanical Water Saver Technology), and co-inventor of these systems, having initially developed these patented technologies with Vincent Paul Schaaf. In the past he has designed and invented new kennel systems and equipment, resulting in better care of animals. Starting in 2001, he has helped create new water-saving machines, devices and equipment, using a combination of simple and advance machines to replace present water toilets. These flush clean water mixing our human waste-bio-waste creating Black Water, that must be treated at high cost to prevent it from being deadly to all human and animals.

He helps advocate to stop using clean water as the transporter and delivery system of our human waste, by retrofitting existing water gravity sewer systems and sewage grids, using machines, devices, equipment, both basic and advanced, as the means to transport, collect, and contain human bio-waste.
